Zurich Airport to Zurich City Center Transfer

Arrive at ZRH with your onward journey arranged. Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area after baggage collection, helps with your luggage and drives you to the Zurich city address agreed for your booking. The vehicle is reserved for your party, so the airport-to-city journey is private.

To arrange transport from Zurich Airport to city centre, send your flight number and the full drop-off address. A hotel name and street address are more useful than an area name alone. Exact airport meeting instructions are provided with your booking confirmation, so keep them accessible after landing.

Book the opposite direction when you are leaving Zurich. A Zurich city center to airport transfer collects you at your agreed hotel, home or office address and takes you to ZRH. Provide your departure flight details along with your requested pickup date and time.

For Zurich city centre to airport travel, include the entrance or meeting point if your address has several access points. Tell us about your luggage and any child-seat request before confirmation. If you need both arrival and departure journeys, include both sets of details when requesting your quotation.

Zurich city center, city centre and downtown describe the central Zurich destination for this service. Your booking is arranged around a specific address, whether you are staying at a city hotel or travelling to a private address. Share that address to get a quotation for the actual journey.

A trip from Zurich Airport to downtown is a private road transfer with a professional chauffeur. The agreed pickup and drop-off are confirmed for your booking. If your destination or requested stops change, ask us to reconfirm the journey rather than assuming the original quotation covers the new plan.

Meet & greet, flight tracking and luggage assistance are included in the airport service. ZurichPickup uses your flight number to monitor the arrival time and adjust the airport pickup when a flight is delayed. Your driver meets you after baggage collection according to your confirmation.

Contact ZurichPickup if the flight number, travel date or destination changes. Transfer requests are accepted day and night, subject to availability and booking confirmation. Your booking instructions establish the meeting arrangement; do not rely on an assumed terminal exit or public taxi-rank pickup.

Send your airport and city addresses, date, time, passenger count, flight details and luggage requirements using the form above. Include requested child seats or stops in the journey notes. We reply with a quotation and arrangements for your private Zurich city transfer.

The final confirmed quote is fixed for the agreed trip details. Submitting the form starts a request; review the reply before treating the journey as booked. This gives your trip from Zurich Airport to Zurich city a clear price and pickup plan before you travel.
