Zurich Airport Taxi Service

Arrange your taxi from Zurich Airport before you fly. After baggage collection, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals area according to the instructions provided with your booking. Luggage assistance is included, and your private ride takes you to the destination agreed in your confirmation.

Send your arrival flight number, travel date, destination address, passenger count and luggage requirements. The vehicle is reserved for your booking party. Keep your confirmation accessible when you land, and contact ZurichPickup if your destination or travel details change before the journey.

For your departure, request a taxi to Zurich Airport from your hotel, home or office. Enter the full pickup address, requested date and time, and flight details. Your chauffeur collects you at the agreed point and drives you to ZRH with your party and luggage.

Share the exact entrance or meeting point if the pickup address has more than one access point. Declare any child-seat request, additional stop or oversized luggage before booking is confirmed. You can describe both your arrival and departure journeys when requesting your private airport taxi.

This Zurich Airport taxi service is a pre-booked private ride with a professional chauffeur. Your quotation and confirmation establish the journey, rather than reserving a place in a shared shuttle. The vehicle is reserved for your party and the agreed service is door-to-door.

The current booking option is a Mercedes V-Class for up to six passengers, depending on luggage. State the number and size of your bags so the vehicle arrangement can be checked. A taxi request starts the booking conversation; vehicle availability and the journey are confirmed in reply.

Airport meet & greet, flight tracking and luggage assistance are included. ZurichPickup uses the flight number you provide to monitor the arrival time and adjust pickup when a flight is delayed. Exact meeting instructions are supplied with your booking confirmation.

If the flight number or travel date changes, contact ZurichPickup directly. Follow your confirmed meeting instructions at ZRH rather than assuming a pickup at the public taxi rank. Requests for Zurich airport taxi journeys are accepted 24/7, subject to vehicle availability and booking confirmation.

Send your trip details using the form above. Include pickup and destination, date and time, passengers, flight number and luggage. Use the journey notes for child seats, stops or special requirements. We reply with a fixed quotation and the proposed booking arrangements.

Review the reply before travel. The final confirmed price is fixed for the agreed trip details. If the route, party size or requirements change, ask us to reconfirm the quotation and pickup. Submitting the form is a request, so wait for the booking confirmation before treating your taxi as reserved.
