Zurich Airport to Zurich HB Transfer

Arrange your road transfer from ZRH to Zurich HB before you fly. Your chauffeur meets you in the airport arrivals area after baggage collection, assists with your luggage and drives you to the agreed drop-off point at Zurich Main Station. The vehicle is reserved for your booking party.

Send your flight number, arrival date, passenger count and luggage requirements. If you are continuing by train, mention the onward journey and any requirements in your request. Exact airport meeting and station drop-off arrangements are provided with your booking confirmation; keep those details accessible after landing.

For the reverse journey, request a Zurich HB to airport transfer with your travel date and requested pickup time. Your chauffeur collects you at the agreed station pickup point and takes you to ZRH. Share your arriving train details if they are relevant to the pickup arrangement.

A Zurich HB to Zurich Airport booking should include passengers, luggage and departure flight information. Your confirmation establishes where to meet the driver. If your train or flight plans change, contact ZurichPickup to update the journey; a submitted request alone does not reserve an airport pickup.

Zurich HB is Zurich Hauptbahnhof, the city's main railway station. It is also described as Zurich Main Station or Zurich Hbf. If your journey is from Zurich Airport to Hauptbahnhof, this page covers that private road transfer and the reverse station-to-airport trip.

Use Zurich HB or Zurich Main Station in the request form and explain which direction you need. Add any station access or meeting requirement in the notes so it can be discussed before booking is confirmed. The specific station pickup point is coordinated for your journey rather than assumed from a general station name.

Airport meet & greet, flight tracking and luggage assistance are included for airport pickup. ZurichPickup uses your flight number to monitor the arrival time and adjust the pickup when the flight is delayed. Follow the meeting instructions supplied for your confirmed booking.

At Zurich HB, meet at the station pickup point agreed in your confirmation. Do not assume the driver can collect you at a train platform. State any luggage, mobility or child-seat requirement in your request so the arrangement can be checked. Requests are accepted 24/7, subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Use the form above to request your quotation for Zurich Airport to Zurich Hauptbahnhof or Zurich Main Station to airport travel. Include the date, time, direction, passengers, luggage and relevant flight or train details. ZurichPickup replies with the quotation and proposed booking arrangements.

The final confirmed quote is fixed for the agreed trip details. Review the response before treating the journey as reserved. If you change the route, passenger count or requested stops, ask us to reconfirm the price and pickup plan. Your confirmation is the reference for the station and airport meeting arrangements.
